- Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations depend on operational status and restaurant approval.
4. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, demand spikes, or restaurant delays.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being reachable when the order arrives.
5. Refunds and service issues
Refunds or partial credits may be reviewed for verified non-delivery, major product mismatch, missing items, or serious quality issues, based on platform policy and support review.
6. Reviews and conduct
Ratings and feedback should be truthful and respectful. Abuse, harassment, fraud, or attempts to manipulate the system may lead to account restrictions.
7. Account controls
DineIn may suspend or remove accounts involved in fraud, repeated abuse, or serious policy violations.
